What condition are the used products in?

When used products arrive in our warehouse we conduct a 3 point check, this includes  the artwork, case and disc to ensure that the products are all in a used good condition.

What condition are the new products in?

All products are new and will be in sealed cases. 

How do I contact you?

Customer services can be contacted in a number of different ways, these are detailed below. How can I pay for my order?

When you check out you will be asked to login to your PayPal account to make payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payment through PayPal.

Do you charge for using PayPal?

No, we don’t charge to use PayPal. 

What is the price of our items?

Prices of our products vary, however, you will be able to see the price of each parcel within the product page. 

Do prices displayed on the product page exclude VAT?

There is no VAT on products you purchase from us.

My payment did not go through, what should I do?

As PayPal handle all payment transactions please contact PayPal, they will be able to assist you.

Where do you deliver too?

We deliver throughout the UK, details can be found within our delivery page. Click here to visit the delivery page.

What is the delivery price?

This depends on your location and the weight of your order. All delivery prices can be found on the delivery page.  Click here to visit the delivery page.

Who will delivery my order?

We use a number of different companies to delivery our products. 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally your order will be delivered the next working day after been dispatched by us.  Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands will take longer.

My order has not arrived what should I do?

If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours of being dispatched, please contact our customer services who will help you.

When will you dispatch my order?

All orders received and paid for by 12:00pm, will be dispatched the same day. 

I was not home when the delivery company arrived, what should I do?

The delivery company will have left a card, please contact them to arrange the redelivery of your item.  If no card was left please contact our customer services team who will be able to help you.

How do I see the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, login to your account area.  To do this click on “Sign in” in the top right hand corner of any page.  When prompted type your email address and password, then click the “Sign in” button.  Now click “My account” in the top right hand corner of the screen, then click on the order tab.  You will now see all the orders you have placed with us.

I need to cancel an order, what should I do?

If your order has been dispatched it can’t be cancelled. If your order has not been dispatched  please contact our customer services team.

How do I return something?

If you wish to return an item due to damage you have up to 7 days of receiving it to do so.  Please contact our customer services team who will assist you.

If I receive damaged products can I return them?

All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, so you shouldn't receive any damaged products. if you do receive a damaged product please contact our customer services team within 7 days of receipt and they will be able to help you.

Are accounts free?

Yes all accounts are free. To open an account go to the “How do I open an account" detailed within the FAQ page. 

How do I open an account?

To open a free account click the “Register” button in the top right hand corner of any page.  Fill out the required information and your account will be opened instantly.

How do I update my address details?

From within your account, this can be accessed in the top right hand corner of any page, navigate to the address book, where you can change your address.

I’ve lost my password, what should I do?

To recover your password click the “Sign in” button in the top right hand corner of any page. From here click forgot password and when prompted type your email address.   You will receive an email explaining  how to recover your password.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

To unsubscribe from our mailing list login to your account and select the option unsubscribe.  To do this click on “Sign in” in the top right hand corner of any page.  When prompted type your email address and password, then click the “Sign in” button.  Now click “My account” in the top right hand corner of the screen, from here select “news lists subscriptions” and select “No subscriptions” and hit update.  Please note that we frequently email out discount codes and special offers, if you unsubscribe from our mailing list you will not get these offers. 

I have a discount code how can I use it?

When checking out, go to the right hand side of the screen above the customer note box, here there is a link asking “Have a discount coupon?” click this and a drop down box will appear, add your code and click redeem.  If the discount code is still active the discount will be deduced from the order.

How do I see orders that I have placed?

To view all orders you have placed login to your account area.  To do this click on “Sign in” in the top right hand corner of any page.  When prompted type your email address and password, then click the “Sign in” button.  Now click “My account” in the top right hand corner of the screen, from here you can see all orders you have placed. 

How do I sell stock to you?

How do I know that this is a genuine website?

We have been in business since 2008, in October 2012 we become a limited company. We trade as Recycled Media ltd.  In addition, as we are registered with PayPal any purchases you make are fully protected. 

Do you offer an affiliate or a partner program?

Currently we don’t offer an affiliate or a partner program, however, please contact our customer services to obtain details of the launch date of our partner program.  

How do I make a complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint, please email customer services with details of your complaint. Our customer services team will the resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. 

What relation are you to Wholesale at Want It Cheaper?

Wholesale at Want It Cheaper is our old website, this did not offer an online shop and therefore we have replaced it.  www.WantItCheaper-shop.co.uk is our new website, this gives our customers instant access to purchase the full range of our stock.

I can’t find you on company houses website?

This is because wantitcheaper-shop.co.uk is part of our parent company called Recycled Media ltd. www.WantItCheaper-shop.co.uk is a trading name of Recycled Media ltd.  

What is your company name?

Our company name is Want It Cheaper trading as part of Recycled Media Ltd 

How long has your company been in business?

Our company started business in 2008 and become a limited company on 22nd October 2012.

Are you a registered company?

Yes we are a registered company, our company registration number is 8262860.

Are you a VAT registered company?

Yes.We send a VAT receipt with all orders.
